TLDR: Cartridge World's (especially Nathan's) customer service goes above and beyond, plus their pricing is very competitive. These are the people you want on your side when you encounter a problem. You just don't expect to receive customer service that is this comprehensive in today's world. Nathan just finished tackling a very complicated printing issues at our family's small business (having to do completely with our point of sale system, not with any Cartridge World equipment). Even though the issue had nothing to do with any of their equipment, Nathan came out multiple times to troubleshoot and then reconfigured many of our computers to make sure that we were up and running as quickly as possible. Plus, their pricing is competitive and their day-to-day service is always prompt and pleasant! What more could you want?
