I BEEN living here for 5 years, when I moved here was way better than what it is now , is sooooo unprofessional , from management to the staff, they NEVER FIX, my carpet is nasty already after 5 years, lucky they getting 1 start because there’s isn’t a 0, u have to really cuss and fuss to get heard or take to a higher level in order to get heard, THEY FOREVER CHANGING MANAGEMENTS and never get to fix anything but u will defntly get letters on your door insisting on stuff they want u to do, is VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL THIS PLACE CHANGE FAR FOR THE WORSTS ! MAINTENANCE HANG OUT ALL DAY INSTEAD OF FIXING AND GETTING THEY JOBS DONE ✔️ , I worked for the city of housing in NEW YORK AND THIS HERE IS far WORSTS THAN WHAT IVE LIVED, they treat tenants like they don’t mean anything and is your money 💰 u paying smh ! And THEY NEVER ANSWER THEY CALLS SO U DEFNTLY KNOW A COMPUTER WILL BE ANSWERING THIS ! Don’t do It ,

These unprofessionals took info from me face too face and said they've never received it After saying it'll only take 48-72 hours And the manager took a VACATION and told no one. Wow never have I seen such blatant lying too steal a measly $100+. Kept saying over and over not getting info when we have proof they did just so they could give it away too a less involved eaiser too manipulate person(s) who wouldnt hold them too their standards of professionalism. Sidenote I wasn't made too feel welcome neither was my son after they saw me, I'm white he is mulatto. Shameful just shameful lazy low class unprofessionalism

I lived here years ago and the neighborhood is quiet you can't take a shower for over 5 minutes. The water heater is small as a thimble. Barely any hot water, a year of hell. If you love a cold shower this is the place for you, if not, look somewhere else.

How much is 1 and 2 bedroom?
Do they screen hard with those?
The townhouses do, the apartments do not.

It's definitely gotten better than it has been in the past years. However, they do charge for a lot of maintenance things that are usually covered in most apartment communities. Which is not something I appreciate at all. Aside from that, it's all based on your preference. Depending on what you're looking for and what you're used to from previous apartment communities, this place could be alright, great, or a nightmare. My biggest issue has never been the community itself but maintenance issues. In the past the maintenance crew was horrible and took weeks or months to fix things. Now, the maintenance crew is so much better but the management charges for basic things or normal wear and tear. Plus, a lot of residents who have left have ended up losing their deposits. I feel I will lose mine for things that were probably messed up prior to moving in. So if you do move here, go through it with a fine tooth comb, because whatever is not on your initial walk through, they will charge.
