Outstanding experience from first contact to presently living here. Location, and ocean view from apartment is awesome. Staff is friendly, personable, and responsive to concerns that may arise. The amenities are many, including a high quality 24/7 gym, lounge area, attached restaurant, topped off with a rooftop lounge area. The apartments are well maintained and available storage units are an welcome option. Overall there is a chillout and enjoy life vibe here in my experience. I'm glad I decided to live here.

I stayed here from July 2020-Until July 2021. The stay here was wonderful very nice staff, friendly neighbors and the maintenance crew was very responsive with work orders. My summary of this resort style apartment is that if you’re looking for a nice oceanfront beach-life living this is where you want too be. But I will say read the lease agreement very carefully and make sure this is where you want to be for at least a 1 year time period because it is VERY COSTLY to break leases in the Hampton Roads area if you aren’t active duty military. Also I think the garage parking should be free for residents and the “free gifts” you receive should be waved and used for reduced rent prices for residents as a whole. 8/10 stay and a wonderful place to rent if you want to live the beach life in Virginia Beach, VA!

We've really enjoyed living at 27 Atlantic! The apartments are great - bright, clean, lots of big windows and natural light. The gym upstairs is nice and super convenient, and the building is maintained well. Maintenance is quick to answer questions + requests and Concierge is always on the move taking care of things - it's always a good experience working with them. They clearly work very hard and are extremely friendly and responsive. They go above and beyond to make sure that the building is kept up and always looks great. Kathy does a superb job running the show. We’ll be back in 40 years!

What a great place to live. We recently downsized and weren’t sure what we wanted to do and contacted 27 Atlantic. From the initial contact with Karen, we knew this is really where our dogs and us were meant to be. We have made so many new friends, enjoyed the monthly socials they have and enjoy visiting the expansive gym. The rooftop deck is simply amazing. It has everything you could ever want on top of the amazing view of the Atlantic ocean. I couldn’t recommend it any higher. Please come check it out. You won’t be sorry. Sunsets are free!
