For the amount of money paid for a birthday party, the event was extremely rushed, I’ve had many birthday parties at similar places, this is the first place I had to pay extra for a private room and pizza. Which they kick you out of exactly at 2 hours even though there wasn’t an immediate need for the party room. The main entrance to the place is closed so you are made to walk through the mall with decorations and cake. Very disorganized for getting the kids to events. We paid for a platinum birthday party, most guest only rode go karts once and the virtual reality was shutdown all day, which I didn’t even noticed until I was leaving the place. They gave me VR passes for next visit but all of the kids had already left the party. Very disappointed with the place overall.

Too expensive. For the most expensive package that includes virtual reality and go-karts, you can only do each of them 2 times. If I am paying for a package, then why am I limited to how many times I could access something?! Makes no sense. The food is also way too expensive and not appetizing at all either.

Yes two areas are for 52" and under, a soft play tubes playground, and a hills climb with slide. They can also do the wipeout, and the Apex trampolines. Great place for all ages.
Now January soon to be February
Yes but should call because they have groups that rent the place out for a few hours
Sorry for the late response. I'm sure, we son was invited to a party there. You can check on their website urbanair.com
For teens, all they could really do are go karts and sky rider. The rest of the attractions are for smaller kids.
