I had an issue with my old gaming PC I built forever ago and couldn't figure it out. I brought it in and The Computer Shop called me the next day with a diagnosis. After testing my parts the issue was that my motherboard failed. When I went in to pick it up, they were going to have me leave without charge, because diagnosis is free. I insisted on paying anyways, and we had some great conversation after. Excellent guy runs the shop, and as an semi-experienced PC builder, I can honestly say you can expect quality work from this shop.

We have had many family and business repairs from Joe. He is fast, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, gives realistic advice on how/if to proceed with a repair, and doesn't overcharge. We can't recommend him highly enough!

Yes

Hi, are you certified to fix Apple computers?

Hi Rachel - we are not "certified" to fix Apple products but have repaired them numerous times. We offer free diagnostics, so, if you'd like us to look at something for you we can. If we find that the problem you're experiencing can be serviced through the Apple warranty, then, we will direct you to them.
