The hiring process is horrible. A young man went in on 3/18/22 for interview, hired on the spot. On 3/21 went back to signed w2 forms and by Friday the 25th he received a phone call telling him they had hired someone else for that position. SHAME ON YOU STAPLES OF MIDDLETOWN . I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I URGE EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

We needed some forms printed and were quoted $470 for 5000 copies and told there was a paper shortage. We had bought them prior to this for $279. Long story short, we went online to Best Value Copy who apparently isn't experiencing a paper shortage. Same job cost us $150 with free shipping.

I would dedenitally bring it back to staples, they are who sold it to you. Let them deal with the product they sokd to you. Too soon to have peoblems with it.
