We stay here every time driving to Wisconsin from Oklahoma. Travel with dog so love it's pet friendly. Comfy beds and pillows, didn't want to leave. Didn't have ice for casino but food was good. We'll be back

The hotel side of things was very nice. What can be expected for 3-stars. The bed was really very comfortable, shower spacious and room clean. It is a lot of walking from casino to hotel wings so be prepared. The restaurant had delicious, although not diverse food. Definitely a,challenge is you have dietary restrictions.

They gave my parents’ handicapped room away. I booked a double queen handicapped room on their website with a credit card. I had a valid reservation. When I arrived, they put me in a standard room. The lady at the desk seemed agitated with me when I asked about it. They then offered a king room and asked if that would work. I told them it would not because there were three of us. At that point, I had to ask for a cancellation. She did something on the computer and said “it’s canceled.” I had to ask for a cancellation number. I then asked her what I had done wrong and, with a heavy sigh as if I was bothering her, she answered “nothing.” At that point, I didn’t feel like I should take up any more of her time so I said I would leave. I then called and asked to talk to a manager and explained the situation. She explained they gave the room away yesterday and had nothing to offer because they were overbooked and they couldn’t guarantee room type. So, what’s the point in booking a room here? Both of my parents have mobility issues and need a handicapped room so they have grab bars in the bathroom. I wouldn’t have booked this room if I knew they wouldn’t guarantee the room type. I drove 300 miles today only to find out my room was gone. I then had to scramble to book a different room over 50 miles away. Thank you guys so much for a rotten experience; I hope you are satisfied with how you treated me. See attached for a screenshot of the reservation confirmation email I got from their reservation system when I booked over a month ago. Be forewarned, fellow travelers, these reservations are meaningless and, apparently, if you don’t check in a full 24 hours in advance, they will give your room away like they did to me today.

Breakfast is only served on the weekends from 9am to 1030am and is a $13 buffet. The food was not good at all and the dining area was near the kitchen and super loud with banging dishes. The room was super nice and clean. Very quiet too. Only complaint on the room is that there aren’t usb plugs for charging. The pool area was super fun and the water was decent temperature. The hot tub was extremely hot but nice. The casino allows smoking everywhere which is unbearable. Can’t wait to see after the remodel!

Its called gambling for a reason. Youre never guaranteed to win. I personally enjoy the buffet. It is a bit pricey but for the selection & quality, i dont mind treating myself every once in awhile. I dont enjoy feeding a machine with my hard earned $. So it simple for me, i dont go to a casino & gamble it away. If i do go, i indulge in people watching mostly.
Indeed they should
Pain in the butt going to lobby to get coffee
Yes, I just used it. They will pick you up at the pilot next door
Yes they have a RV park right next to the casino
4pm. But they let me check in at 3pm last time. Depends on your room. If it's ready.
Yes, it is still open. Not aware of new casino
I'm sure you could pay for it online. Most hotels are fairly contactless these days anyway, even pre-covid. I know they have numerous hand sanitizer stations available at this location now, and employees are currently required to wear masks.
All dinner meals are buffet style right now, but with a much more limited menu. Crab has not yet returned, sorry.
No there's not I got every week there was one at one point but now it's all going back to normal so hopefully there house will go back to 24 hours
I think weekend only, but we were not there to see it
Yes

Sports betting
No. It closes at 10pm for kids and midnight for adults.
The casino has two floors of gambling. The bottom floor is entirely dedicated to slot machines. The main floor has about 10 card tables in the middle surrounded by slot machines on all sides.
You have to Park in the campground as far as I know and unless you parkway at the top of the hill like the trucker's do and I'm unsure of the price of the RV it depends on if you gamble at the casino or not
How's the market outlook for bedbugs? I've been looking into investing also.
Only busy on weekends. Table games usually not open during the week
No but they have 3 card poker
No. Only to and from the Rv park. Hope that helps
I just looked on Google Maps and switched to satellite mode and it looks like you can pull through the sites.
I believe Ethan's response is correct. If you're in doubt of his response, i would suggest contacting the Casino.
No it's not and no you don't have to pay to play. Hope this is helpful.
You need to become an a play Club member then earn enough points to become a platinum or GM member. If I remember right it takes better than 140 maybe a hundred fifty thousand points to reach Platinum. You can also become a platinum member by earning 25000 points in one day.
They have a breakfast buffet only on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings until 10:30 a.m. Lunch buffet begins after that or you also have an option of ordering off a menu. The buffet officially closes 10 p.m. however the bar remains open and you have access to order finger foods and things like that Burgers Etc.
Yes. Not sure of the charge. Truck stop next door.
Yes they do and there is truck parking
Yes . Go past the main entrance and you will see the area designated for truck parking. A shuttle does run up there. If you are a first time customer take the time to go register at customer services and make sure you show them your cdl and pilot card. You will get comped 10 on slots or tables us a 1/2 price buffet and a voucher for a special rate on a room. Returning customers i believe get the same deal Everytime you show them at customer services. Its 2 for 1 buffet mon thru thursday
