If I could have given this less than one star and less than zero Stars I would have I walked into a facility where two women were doing laundry one that had her dog in there it was not a service animal I am from out of town and I work on the road all over Iowa I've never seen a cash machine that's literally been out for every review on here going back David at least a year again no change $2.50 was the minimum to put a load in a regular washer that was smaller than you would have at home I was afraid if I walked to get quarters and came back and it ate my money that not only would I have broken in that machine kicking it trying to get it to work but it probably wouldn't have got my clothes clean the reviews on here are real it is not somewhere you want to go unless you like me are 40 miles from the next place to wash your clothes all of the local hotels in Osceola have a washing machine and they are all very nice and let you use them

Half the machines work and they would eat your quarters then the other half doesn't get hot to dry and their change machines both of them didn't work had to go somewhere else to get change

This place is pretty poorly maintained. The floor is soaking wet surrounding the washing machines. Of course there’s no way to contact the owners, but they have surveillance and can watch kids splash around in nasty laundry flood water. If there was any way to clean this place up, I’d do it myself. If you can, I’d recommend finding another place to do your laundry.

Needs to be cleaned alot more and some machines needs to b fixed ik every time I go I try and pick up the place when I do laundry normally its really nice but if you guys need help I'll always help out
