Your office was highly recommended by a friend. Everyone was amazing, making it a comfortable environment. Let’s face reality… no one likes to go to the dentist. I am looking forward to my next appointment. 😮 That speaks volumes coming from me! Thank you for actually listening, understanding, and making me feel safe, and comfortable. You all understand! That is rare, more dentists offices need to learn from you!!!!!! I believe I found my life long dental practice.

Questions & Answers

What dental insurance plans do you accept?

Kate Minnock | Aug 13, 2022
White Wolf Dental Group | Aug 13, 2022

Though we are a fee-for-service practice and do not directly accept any insurance plans, we do submit insurance reimbursement claims as a courtesy to our patients. We support these claims with the appropriate documentation, photos, x-rays, and a doctor’s narrative. Our patients tell us we are very effective and they usually get their reimbursement within 2-3 weeks.

Do uyou all take medicaid? Sunshine

It depends on the insurance. They also have their own yearly treatment "insurance" Basically its a discount plan I believe. I have a Medicare Advantage plan & pretty much the only dentists that are in network are the 3 big discount dentist groups...which I would never use!

Do you have fees for initial consultation

Frank Luceri | Dec 16, 2021
Marco Cruz | Dec 16, 2021

That's a complex question, I would guess that if its a simple cavities fillings. Etc..probably don't cost that much, but something mayor, that requires x rays it'll be a totally different situation, if I was in your shoes, I'll pick up the phone & ask, it's for sure that they can't ask you to pay for asking a few questions, you don't have nothing to lose

I need my permanet liners replaced on my dentures. Do you do that?

Marilyn sneddon-Opletal | Oct 12, 2020
White Wolf Dental Group | Oct 12, 2020

Good Morning Marilyn! Yes we do hard relines. The way the hard reline is done you come in for a morning appointment and return later in the afternoon to pick up the denture. Included in the fee for a hard reline is all necessary adjustments. There is not a fee for adjustment after a reline. It usually takes 3 to 4 adjustments to alleviate sore spots.

Do you reccomend anyone else good that takes Cigna?

Mike Sexton | Oct 13, 2019
White Wolf Dental Group | Oct 13, 2019

Mike, you can seek another provider in your list the insurance provides and I would be more than happy to do a complimentary second opinion to assure you the work planned is what we would do also. Please bring the current treatment plan and xrays to your visit with us. If the plan is complex we may do two consults so we have time to review all records. We will always try to help members of our community.

How can I got help filing my claim? I had to seek dental help for the Good Samaritan in Deland FL By the owner.

White Wolf Dental Group | Oct 13, 2019

If you had services in our office we fill out the paperwork required by your insurance. The process for them to respond is slow and can become frustrating. We will try every thing on our end to make it as smooth as possible. If they deny the claim, many times I will write a letter on behalf of the patient and fight for the money they are due. We can only file claims with services that were completed at our facility in Port Orange. We are not affiliated with the Good Samaritan clinic other than one of our Doctors volunteers their time there. I will contact Good Samaritan and ask if they can file a claim on your behalf.

Do you accept Cigna insurance !

Mike Sexton | Oct 13, 2019
White Wolf Dental Group | Oct 13, 2019

We are not an in-network provider for Cigna. If you have out of network benefits we will assist you in filing your claim to make sure you get the benefit you are due. Mike, to update my response, some insurance companies are difficult to do business with. In order for us to provide exceptional patient care with modern tools, quality supplies and new techniques, we have been forced to not accept insurance plans. They simply do not help cover enough costs to provide patients with the true care they deserve. Please feel free to schedule a complimentary consult to discuss further about your insurance and dental concerns. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Brocnizer | Oct 13, 2019

I am sorry Pat but we do not participate in Humana HMO.

Do you except Magellan and Medicaid. I have to have a biopsy done.

michelle dejesus | Oct 13, 2018
White Wolf Dental Group | Oct 13, 2018

Currently we do not participate with those providers. You can call your insurance and ask for an in network oral surgeon to assist with your biopsy. We wish you the best and hope you have a promising result.
