Needed to get my CDL DOT renewed and was recommended Dr. Bennett by my coworkers. The process was very simple and affordable. Dr. made an extremely rude comment about "black people" to me during my visit. Maybe don't assume every white patient you see is racist.

Depending on the type of physical needed, CDL/DOT physicals are $40, and sports/school physicals are $20. Appointments are suggested. Please call 386-767-1100.
