Josh & the guys that changed my oil are awesome, friendly & made me feel comfortable & welcomed. They got me in last minute at 6:30 after I got off work. My oil cap was gone and they couldn't get one so one of the guys put a temp one in and duct taped it so the oil wasn't popping out until I can go get one at the dealer. That was great thinking and I appreciate it. I will not go anywhere else, this is the Firestone that you want working on your car.

Their customer service is horrible when they mess up your car and you have to pay for a whole new oil pan and than they don't want to fess up to the mistake and totally ignore you just horrible
