When I hurt my back in the middle of the summer, I was afraid that my summer was ruined. However, I went to Equilibrium Physical Therapy and steadily improved over 6 weeks. Now I’m back to normal - including playing tennis and resuming my weekly workouts with my trainer. I’m an active 68-year old woman. When I went to Equilibrium, I could sit down (painfully) but struggled to stand back up. My therapist, Alex Chan, was wonderful. Each session began with a massage and continued with exercises. Alex explained each exercise and had me practice it. He followed up every session with an email with my assignment including videos of the right way to do my exercises. The office is pleasant and the people at the front desk are helpful and personable. The rooms are private and immaculately clean. I never had to wait for my sessions to begin. I would highly recommend this practice and, if I ever have another back injury, I’m requesting Alex!

First of all, I love coming to Equilibrium rather than being treated at one of the larger chain type PT spots. It’s got a very boutique and more private type feel. I’m seen on time and without multiple patients in the room. I’ve been seeing Eleanor Chiggar for several weeks for an assortment of things including ankle and Achilles issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and always finds a way to improve how I’m feeling. I’m interested in how much activity I can participate in rather than what I cannot do, and Eleanor has helped me do that. She gets that. And having my home exercises e mailed to me has been great and makes it easy. Highly recommend Equilibrium !
