Love the neighborhood library. Convenient for those who can’t drive! Everyone is so kind

We stopped here today for about 40 minutes. It's adorable, tiny and built in the 1920's. The two librarians at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. The children's room is the size of a closet, and perfect. There's a small drawing table, a middle book bin with board books for babies, and shelves lined with classic favorites and beloved newer books. The upstairs and main area are for older readers. Computers line the upstairs and I saw a tablet for use as well. The activities room is long and seems to be an attic. It's super cozy. Story Time started shortly after our arrival and it was lovely! The librarian was sweet and enthusiastic, and she seemed to genuinely enjoy the children. They knew her and obviously adore her. My 9mo son couldn't take his eyes off of her! 😍 They were beautiful women and it was a beautiful library. Thank you!

Unfortunately we don't have the staff to have all of our locations open at the current time. We will update our website and social media when we know more.

Are there any quite study rooms, like the Sandy lane branch?

Hi Amy. There aren't any individual rooms like at the Sandy Lane branch, but upstairs in Apponaug is pretty quiet with a few tables to study.
