I love the work they do HOWEVER every time I go they do NOT honor appointments! Even with an appointment you’re waiting 40 minutes. Today I had to walk out. It’s super frustrating and then walk ins are being seated. Please work on your timing with appointments and keep track better who is a walk-in and who isn’t.

The fact that I have been going to this place since it has opened up, granted it’s not regularly in it when I can afford it because the prices are astronomical. But today was the last straw not only were the prices wrong because I picked a $45 package and then when I got up to the register it became a $60 package, but the lady didn’t even use the right nail color that I had chosen I told her that she use the wrong color so it’s not even like I did not communicate the issue, she just had a language barrier and had no clue what I was saying and had no clue or no one to have Translate the situation. Then Matters did not get better because when I went to get my full set done , the lady told me no only do my feet and then nobody will tell me what chair to sit in because they refuse to do my hands and only wanted to give me a massage that I did not want. So once I paid for the $60 pedicure that should’ve only been $50 at the most and that’s if she included a five dollar tip without me knowing I can easily say I’ll never give them my business again because there is no communication the prices are wrong and they really don’t care about keeping the customer happy..
