I understand everyone needs to take a break, and understand that single store coverage can be hard (been there done that). However, Sunday is already a short working day. Someone driving 2 hours away to visit your store will give a 1 star feedback. Perhaps build this break into your published store hours so everyone with know and plan arrival at a specific time.
