Fabulous beach & ocean view. Stairs from street level to beach level challenging but manageable for all ages if you take your time and do one or two stop & breath breaks of 2-3 minute breaks. Tennis courts very nice but take extra balls as easy to lose over the fence.

Good place to stay for a week in Solana beach (check VRBO for rentals). Has a pool and tennis court, and access to the beach (via lots of stairs!). Within walking distance to local shops and cafes, and to the Fletcher cove beach access point, if you want to avoid all the stairs or need wheelchair access to the beach.

It's a wonderful private condominium complex on a bluff overlooking the ocean. The grounds are well manicured and the buildings I have been in are well laid out and comfortable

Only 1 pet per condo and dogs only allowed on lease of 6 months or longer.
There is underground parking with each condo assigned a specific spotThe amenities seem to be rarely usedd when I was there, so it's likely you'll have the pool, tennis courts or billiard and ping pong table all to yourself,
