I've been going to Hera for a year now and I love it here. They have fair prices and do great work! Granted I'm pretty low maintenance when it comes to my nails and only do gel manicures but they never disappoint. They pay such careful attention to detail. Not to mention their massages are above and beyond. They always work feet and leg massages into my pedicures and a FULL BACK and neck massage into my manicure. Talk about service! Highly recommended!!!

I was charged and extra $10 for my natural nail length…I’ve never heard of this before. Nothing on their website stated there would be a $10 charge for long natural nails. The nail artist also cut my nails all different lengths. My left hand was much shorter than my right, it looks terrible. I reminded her 3 times, and she kept saying “I’ll go back to it”. I also watched my artist give the cuticle tools to another artist without cleaning them after she used it on me. That’s disgusting and unsanitary. They’re focused on getting you out of the chair as soon as possible, there is no customer service. Be careful of the warm hand towels they use on you, they’re scorching hot. Will never go here again. $45 for the worst gel manicure of my life.
