I came to this PT office after reading many of the positive reviews, but after coming into the practice twice, I can say that my experience was horrible. I actually liked my physician Genya but the practice itself is chaotic. Front desk was not clear in their communication and while I booked an appointment, no one thought to tell me it was pending insurance authorization. Completely unaware of this, I showed up to my appointment, got my temperature taken and was told to take a seat. Almost thirty minutes passed by before the same receptionist thought to tell me i was not on the schedule that day and I didn’t have an appointment. An email or phone call clearly explaining the protocol for booking appointments would have avoided this all. In addition to being chaotic, I think the most negative thing about this practice is the lack of empathy and consideration for patients, overall it has a very cold demeanor. Again, I generally liked Genya, which is why this review has 2 stars, versus 0.

I am so grateful to the staff at PSPT. I tried PT sessions with a different provider for my significant back pain without results so I was skeptical about trying it again, but my sessions here have made SUCH a difference. The therapists and staff are all friendly, patient and extremely skilled. They took the time to understand my situation and target the root cause of my pain, and I'm delighted with the improvement it's made thus far. I definitely would recommend 100%!
