We are not an in-network provider for Cigna. If you have out of network benefits we will assist you in filing your claim to make sure you get the benefit you are due. Mike, to update my response, some insurance companies are difficult to do business with. In order for us to provide exceptional patient care with modern tools, quality supplies and new techniques, we have been forced to not accept insurance plans. They simply do not help cover enough costs to provide patients with the true care they deserve. I only have Cigna, a major insurance company, I really wanted to come to your office, why don't you cover Cigna ? I need some major work and haven't been to a dentist in 7 years, but I can't afford to pay cash, so disappointing watching your commercials and cant come there
