First off I want to say I been a loyal member to Benfield over 10 years. My dogs are healthy and really just go to the vet twice a year. The only problem I had was when you had to reschedule an appointment they are always booked over 3 months, which it's insane. Today took the cake.. I had a drop off appointment in the morning for my dog. I called to let them know I was going to be 10 minutes late, I was right on Rt 211. The lady told me I have to reschedule do to the fact that they are over booked. Last time my dog was seen was in March... I didn't get no reminder calls or text to let me know she was due in May for all her major shots. I found out she needed shots because I took her to the groomers and the Banfield app told me she was over due. I'm highly disappointed and I'm considering in leaving and finding a new vet.

It’s sad how covid change this affordable option to vet care. Still won’t let you and your dog go into the same room for any visit.. then blame your dog for being aggressive towards them. They use to be so accommodating and now they do the bare minimum. Not worth it

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Yes, if your son's dog was seen by a Banfield hospital, they can pull their records from that hospital. The best way to know about prices though would be to call the hospital. They can put together an estimate for you.
