I have lived here for four years now and it’s been pretty good besides this last year or two . They started doing renovations and have displaced and sooooo many people it’s sad . There’s people who have lived here for over 20 years with no place to go. They have jacked the price up so high for a 500 sq ft box . The rent has gone up 60%. That’s ridiculous.The only good thing is Rico the maintenance. He’s hardowrking and handles issues in a timely manner .

Windsong Apartments is a horrible place to live.. they scammers & liars only good thing was decent maintenance. They decided to do renovations with out giving us time to really find any where to live. Kelly is rude. Definitely was not a good experience. They left me & my son homeless but thankfully I been able to make a way. But this place is horrible

Windsong is a great community. Staff and management had treated me like family. I love living so close to the beach. Maintenance team is always on time and available to assist. Property Manager Kelly has been fantastic. If you are looking for a place. You will not be disappointed.

Such a good first apartment!! You definitely get what you pay for, but the maintenance people have been so sweet and helpful and the leasing office has been so helpful with any questions I have. I love how we have our assigned parking spots, and there's guest parking available as well. There are definitely upgrades and improvements that the interior of the apartments need, but for a first apartment its been great.
