The only reason they got one star is because I could not go any lower. This is not the place to move to if you want things to work or be fixed in a reasonable amount of time (if they are fixed at all). My kitchen faucet has been leaking / running for two months. Someone came yesterday, turned the water off under the sink, tightened the faucet and called it a day. My ceiling is falling apart. It took them over a year to fixe the leak. The plaster is now coming off, and you can see the stains on the ceiling. I once took them four months to fix my washing machine. This place just keeps going down hill.

The new management team is much better than old management, and the leasing manager, Ciara Thomas, is very helpful and a great resource. I had multiple workers come out and address problems I was having with a washer/dryer unit going back to last summer. When we first moved in, the washer/dryer unit did not work the best and a worker had to do a quick repair. The repair did not hold up in the fall and it was fixed again in the spring, before breaking again just a few weeks ago. Instead of continuing to fix an old faulty unit that had issues for a year, Ciara set us up with a new washer/dryer unit which is a huge improvement over the last. Last fall, management also fixed a leaking hot furnace tank issue, and lack of hot water regarding our shower unit in a timely manner when previous management neglected it for weeks. It seems to me the office is very busy, and workers over worked some, so the best bet to getting repairs done in a timely fashion is following up on repair requests in person. That's what I did and I am very happy with the fix they made.

I know my partner had written a review a couple of times… just to add onto her review… we still don’t have the proper microwave plate. The dryer being the biggest issue, it’s a major inconvenience to do laundry at the laundry mat. One of the deciding factors in choosing this apartment complex was the washer and dryer being included. Previous maintenance was an issue and this maintenance is an even bigger one. Being under new management is no longer a viable excuse. Not sure why we are paying more in rent when there hasn’t been any positive changes to deserve an increase. If we are paying more rent, than hire more people to work on these issues. It’s sad that we have to write reviews for anything to get done in a timely matter.

I wouldn’t recommended anyone moving here. I was hoping things would get better with the new management taking over but I feel as if previous management was better sadly. There’s only one woman who works the leasing office now and she keeps the doors locked and doesn’t answer phone calls or emails because apparently that’s what her manager requires her to do. How can you run a business like that when tenants can’t get in contact with anyone about anything. You have to drive to the leasing office hoping someone will answer the door just so you can address a situation. I’ve had problem after problem and haven’t even been here for long. Maintenance never comes even when you’re told they will come, it takes days or even weeks to address a situation. And it’s happened to me twice since living here where people enter my home and didn’t even get a notice. It’s just sad, I wanted to renew my lease here because the property is beautiful and I love my apartment. But the people who work here have ruined it for me.

They don't accept Section 8 and they aren't income based. These apartments are awful, you wouldn't want to move here anyway.
