I've been here for a few years now and I've learned that if you have the right property manager things tend to run a lot more smoothly. With that being said, I am very grateful for Tammy, our current manager. She's courteous and attentive to our concerns. This 5 star rating is for her!!!

Be afraid to move in here. They will say one thing and do something different. I got terribly sick several months ago. The only thing I asked for since I live on the second floor was something i could hold on to as i went from the parking lot to the first floor landing so i wouldn't cause further damage. Both me and my out of town sister was promised something yo be done. Here we are 5 months later and there is still nothing done. I don't have the strength or the help to change apartments to go to a first floor apartment. Keep looking but I personally would not rent here again. I'm just waiting for March so i can be gone.

I iwill be moving here soon and i am so nervous to do so simply because of the bad reviews that i read. I viewed a 1 bedroom apartment and i absoulutly fell in love !!! i thought it was perfect for me and my little but now that i am seeing the reviews i am sort of nervous. hopefully the apartment that i will be moving to will look as nice as the one that i viewed. of course i will not sign a lease with out viewing where me and baby will be laying our heads. please people if you have lived here or are living here give me some advice thank you so much.
