Want to give a shout out to Treal for making my move in process so easy for me (give him a raise!). Also maintenance staff has been super helpful with any problems I’ve had no matter how little. Overall everyone I’ve worked with has been amazing and has provided such a great environment to live at.

I have been living in my apartment for a couple months now, and the entire experience from my first visit at Cambria has been great! Clean pretty property, friendly staff, and any maintenance issues were fixed promptly. Valetta in the office made me feel welcome and at home. She responded very quickly to any questions I had and made sure I got in the apartment I wanted with all my desired features.

Maintenance is top notch. Jason the maintenance manager is fast, reliable, and capable. Whenever I need something fixed in my apartment from the microwave door to the ac it gets done immediately and he follows up to make sure I'm satisfied with the job. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE

Steve at cambria on the maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal! He does great work and is very quick and efficient. Steve also has a wonderful personality and very professional and polite. This young man deserves a raise and a promotion. He is the reason we have continued to reside here because he's taken such great pride in providing us a home with no maintenance issues!! Great job Steve!!!
