Me and my boyfriend have been living here for almost a year and I have to say we absolutely love it. Our neighbors are very kind when we run into them in the halls but apart from that leave us alone and are quiet and respectful!! The property manager is phenomenal and always very kind and helpful with anything we need. As far as the apartment itself, everything is updated and clean. Whenever any maintenance needs to be done, we are given reasonable notice and it’s always completely quickly. The pet friendliness and military discount offered here is a HUGE bonus. We are planning on staying here for as long as the navy allows.

good afternoon on January 16th 2019 my name is Jackie I do stay at Driftwood apartments in Virginia beach virginia I have been a resident since June 2019 and love it a lot close to work shopping the works the property is nice and awesome Maintnece keeps the property nice and clean and mainetains the units the landlord Taylor has been awesome to me and is working with me with further matters hope to continue to live at driftwood for a long while the units are nice and lots of room and clean again landlord Taylor is a great and awesome and a understanding landlord thank you miss Taylor for your help and being understanding with all matters thank you from Jackie

Terrible little complex, the rent is low for a reason. Plenty of roaches, mold, dented front doors, and paper thin walls. This place is a hellhole, with a Grinch of an apartment manager. Snarky attitude, with a bad memory - be sure to get a receipt with that rent payment! The front office has no computer, so all records and on paper files. The windows are cheap single pane that allow ice to form on the inside during the winter months. Maintenance team is a joke, and frequently gossip about tenants. If they are telling you about the embarrassing things tbey see in your neighbors apartments, chances are they are gossiping about you as well. Bottom line, this place is awful. Avoid at all costs.
