Chase Arbor was the worst decision I have ever made. It was like the old tenant moved out the day before I moved in. Maintenance never comes and the office never answers phones, emails or anything and will never get back to you. I recommend never to live here. The a/c is terrible, there are soft spots all through the floors, the washing machine didn't even work when we moved in. They ended up leaving us with no water and no communication for 4 days and no warning. Do not live here, you will regret it just like me, I promise. I cant wait to get out of this place.

If I could leave a minus “star” I would! Do NOT rent here! I moved in after being shown a gorgeous video on line and promised to be in a unit just like the pictures. I was put on the 3rd floor in a leaking moldy apartment and no one is fixing it. I asked to be changed to another apartment and had the door slammed in my face, locked and told to get out. We are both in our 70’s with respiratory problems and the Property Manager could care less. I called the police, the building department supervisor, and the social services department for neglected elderly. ALL told me the apartment is unsafe to stay in, The company does not care! Don’t live here. You might not live to regret it!

Be careful! I moved here specifically for the dog park and to my disappointment, the dog park is not maintained as advertised. After multiple requests and notices about the unsanitary state of the park, nothing has been done. I assumed the non refundable pet fee and pet rent I pay would go to the maintenance of the park but that is not the case. All I have gotten back is a one line unprofessional email not addressing me or the issues I have. I was very excited for my pups to play in the dog park when I moved in and that was quickly turned to disappointment as the park is unusable and has been for months. Also, Be sure to walk through your apartment in person! Not all appliances are stainless steel, multiple rust spots around plumbing, spotty repair jobs, and the walls in my apartment have uncovered drywall patches. It seems that the company was in such a hurry to change over apartments, the walls were ignored. There have been animals living in the ceiling since I moved in. The building was not fixed properly allowing the animals to continue to live up there…There are also multiple extra charges to the rent that are hidden. Be prepared to pay more than you think! Just be careful, this complex is not “luxury” and is way overpriced for the services and amenities they actually offer. I gave two stars because the maintenance team has always been friendly and respectful. My apartment is also surrounded by quite neighbors.

I moved in a few weeks ago and I wish I had not signed that lease. First off, the apartment was filthy and evidently no routine maintenance is done here. Wood chips keep coming off the cabinets making the whole bathroom and kitchen dirty all the time. Toilet base is unstable, Washer/dryer was not connected at all ( white elephant), and a lot. I put in work orders and no one shows up. And the leasing office don’t even have the decency to answer phone calls or reply to emails I sent. By far, this is the worst apartment I have ever lived and will not recommend to anyone. Update I have mold all over my apartment and there water leakage. I put in several work requests and nothing’s been done about it. The office blatantly refuse to answer calls nor reply emails; and that is very disrespectful. How can I be paying for something with hard earned money and not be able to enjoy it? Haven’t been able to sleep in my own apartment for a over a month. I am 4 months into my lease and I am already moving out. I sure will take these people on.

Questions & Answers

The Gym A/C unit has busted twice this month and there has been no water in either bathroom for a month now. I have tried calling the front office and emailing several times during business hours and get no replies. Why is this acceptable?

That is business as usual for that place. I moved out in 2015. Not surprised to hear your story . Sorry you live there. It is by far the worst place I have ever lived.
