To better serve our guests we require anyone seeking shelter to be pre-screened before receiving shelter with us. After the screening is complete, we will schedule you a time to go through the intake process with one of our Program Managers who will briefly explain our programs to better meet your needs. We will get back to as soon as possible during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm). If you apply during non-business hours you will have to wait for the next business day to see if you are able to go through the intake process. We are more than happy to contact you by phone when your screening is complete to schedule an intake. If you do not have a phone check back with us an hour after you complete your application or the next business day.
You need to sign up for dinner by 2:30... And you're supposed to sign up for a bed after dinner, however, with the other shelter being open they start turning people away when they are at what they figure is capacity. Then they send you to the other shelter very best bet, is to call get the name of who you talking to cuz that puts them on notice that you're paying attention, and find out when the earliest you can sign up his. Once you get in for one day at the mission do you have to keep coming in every night or they discontinue services for you for 30 days. So if you stay, make sure you intend to stay. I was stuck for there for a couple of months last year, I know how it works, and they really make it up as they go along.
