The US Government hates poor people. They hate the homeless. Homeless people don't have much help. They don't have anywhere to go. Most of the time they feel hopeless. Even if you live in your car like me, they don't want you to park anywhere now. It's unfair for the homeless. We can't get electricity. Nowhere to shower and sleep. America sucks. Compared to other Countries I guess America's okay, but we should be an example. They spent trillions over the war on Terror, and it was the corrupt people in the Government who did 911. Bush lied to the people and said they had weapons of mass destruction. It was a blatant lie. And he got away with it. All that money could've been used here. To help us. Bunch of traitors.
There is a casemanager that requires inquiry and evaluation of terms of shelter. I am very proud of that fact the volunteers go all the way to success the homless war on godless despair every day. I found it is a humbling experience ...
I've never heard them ask any questions regarding residency. I've stayed there and I've stayed there with people without an Oregon ID. Never has there been a problem.
