The staff at Valley Immediate Care were thoroughly professional and friendly. They took care of a skin problem on my back and were very attentive to my comfort during the entire procedure and all through the follow up. Lastly I really appreciate the very affordable price of this procedure here. Cost is a big deal for me and I was blown away by the low total cost. Thanks to all the staff.

Very knowledgeable practitioners! The process was easy, as I signed up online. They couldn’t take me in right away, because of other emergencies, but the kiosk told me how long I would have to wait. It was very accurate!

It was very busy at Valley Immediate care but they did their best to keep up with all of the people that were arriving. I was seen by Mariana Cooper, PA-C. She took her time with me and was understanding of my painful situation. She prescribed an antibiotic and I was so happy to see that VIC had it there! I didn't have to go to a pharmacy to get it 😊

Mariana Cooper was absolutely great! She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She understood what I was feeling as her patient. She was thorough about the course needed for healing. This girl deserves a raise! She is wonderful!

If anyone else experiences these symptoms, the answer is always "yes".
Thanks for your feedback. We attempt to be realistic in the number of time slots we open each day. Unfortunately, some patients take longer than average and when there are several of those patients in a short time period, we fall behind. We apologize for your unacceptable wait.
The tests are not free but insurances cover testing with no out-of-pocket costs and there is a federal fund that pays for testing for those people without insurance
Yes, it's a 15 minute turn-around. Currently we are booked out several days but are working hard to open more capacity
No just like Joshua said only your ins card and Id.
Interstate travel usually requires a PCR. We can collect and send that off for you. It is always wise to check with the State you are traveling to to make sure you are receiving the correct one. Hawaii even wants particular labs.
Valley inmediate care has membership plan for those without insurance. Plus if you do a walk in cause of the flu or other concerns the cost is much cheaper than if you were going to a hospital. Good doctors and pretty quick to help you.
Yes they do they are awesome down there very nice people 🙂
