Went in a few days ago and was assisted by the awesome associate Sydney. She answered all my questions, explained the process in its entirety and made me feel comfortable about my purchase/contract. Anymore it is really easy to feel like you're not being told the honest truth when it comes phone plans and the contracts you are signing into. However, my experience with Sydney was great. Will recommend her and Verizon to others.
