Incredibly incompetent! Have had multiple bad experiences over the past 3 months. This pharmacy does not call you to let you know a prescription is ready, they do not call if they have to order a prescription to let you know an estimated date it will be ready for pick up and they do NOT call if they are unable to even get your medication! I called in my daughter’s epilepsy medication, they were unable to get it from their supplier and didn’t have the courtesy to call me and let me know so that I could find another pharmacy to fill at before the weekend. It’s not their “policy” to call people. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never use them again.

Even if you phone in an RX to be filled the following day, trip after trip I have to wait the next day to get my RX. Then when I do get it after waiting they forget to run it through insurance time and time again and I have to wait again for it to be rerun through the insurance. I’m a retired pharmacist and know what is involved with filling rxs and this store definitely needs help and more staff. I wonder why they even offer the option of calling in and entering a prescription number to be refilled when it takes them over 24 hours to fill it??? waisted an hour again today waiting for them to get their act together and this isn’t the first time this has happened. It used to be a very good pharmacy, but sad to say it has gone from good to being very poor on the service end.
