Recently my son and I drove to Medford to look at a 2018 Ford Taurus. Mike McDonald was the salesman who greeted us. Mike was so helpful and kind! I truly enjoyed the time spent there. I got my car, which I love! Everyone there was very nice.

Starting week of 5/9 I took my 2018 Hyundai Tucson in for its routine oil change. With the construction we had to wait in the sales area. My sis and I left and I received a text of their interest in my Tucson for a trade to another car. I wanted no longer than 5 yrs and no more the $340 car payment. I had 5 years left paying $342 a month. They could not help. I was good there. On 5/16 I received another such text for interest in my car. I went on 5/17 and met with a sales rep. I was interested in the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. With same requirements. The rep mentioned to me he got an 8 year load to get into his new car. I mentioned wow! I would have loved that option on the 2018 Ford I looked at. I never agreed to the Santa Fe Sport for an 8 year loan. It made no logical sense. However, I received no help when I called and with Oregon having no buyers recourse I am left with 8 years and higher payment. What happened to good customer service taking care of the buyer.

10-Year / 100,000 mile power train limited warranty is the best available. There’s also a 5-Year / 60,000 mile new vehicle limited warranty available.
I believe they do charge, did when I worked there. You'll also have to prove you are the owner.
