Went in to talk about trading in my car for a new Sportage. I immediately felt dismissed as the salesman was trying to talk to my fiancé instead of me. All together I got bad vibes from the salesman. I asked if it was possible to build my own model as they didn’t really have what I wanted and he mumbled something about not being able to until 2024. My fiancé finally noticed how he was directing conversation to him and stepped back, but while discussing how much I wanted to spend compared to what I was approved for, the salesman referred to me as being “weak”. I’m lucky I walked in knowing what I didn’t want as he continued to try to sell me on models I didn’t want and colors I didn’t want. When I decided to walk away and take some time to research and look into what I really want before wasting more of both of our time, he said I “gave up easily”. I don’t know what I’m getting now, but it isn’t a Kia. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a dealership.

I bought a car from Kia Medford about 4 months ago. My Salesman was great. Then I signed Finance paperwork. The Finance person talked me into adding a key replacement program to my car payment. I only received 1 key & she said that after 30 days I could submit to receive another key. We waited 30 days & went in to the dealership to get another key. Since that day i have talked to several people in the Service department, the finance person, the sales manager & no one calls me back. I get let me look into this & i will call you back. The finance person says they will submit the paperwork but, when I call the service department they know nothing about it & say that no key has been ordered. I'm beyond frustrated & would just like to get my money back so I can order my own key.

Robert gentleman was the best salesman! Not pushy at all, listened to everything I was looking for and showed me multiple options to fit my life style. Definitely recommend seeing him if you're shopping at kia.

Love This Dealership (Especially Bradley) Not high pressure. Chris assisted Bradley both were pleasant and well informed. Would not hesitate to recommend either of them. Purchased 2 new vehicles over the years from this dealership and have always been treated with respect. Had a couple of different service manages, all experienced and capable.
