If you are looking for a Skilled Nursing Facility for rehabilitation or Nursing care after a hospital stay or long term care for family I would highly recommend Hearthstone Nursing and Rehab. From the admission process, nursing care and therapy the care is the exceptional! The staff are so caring and friendly, the management team who’ll help answer all you questions and are very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility!

The staff here at HEARTHSTONE are amazing. Without their support, I would not be recuperating as quickly. Someone is always here to give you a smile. They have all stolen my heart. All the staff from the dining room, housekeeping, and nursing work together to make my life much easier. The CNAs here are special. They show great respect for all the residents, they are well trained and are here to help each other. They make me feel like I'm at home. This is the second time I have been at HEARTHSTONE and they just keep getting better.

So far, this place has not taken care of myom or even taken into consideration that, before she even got there, she was already sick. My mom fell and broke her hip, that being said, she has multiple sclerosis and, osteoporosis amongst other things. I went to visit and all of the "nurses" looked annoyed. She was still in the same gown, she can not walk on her own yet, yet that's what they expect? Really, I got a call from her at 3:30 a.m. because her pain med was due at MIDNIGHT and they had not given it to her, she wet herself and was just sitting in it for hours. She tried calling the nurse but they just ignored her. Let her sit in her own urine, skipped a dose of her meds. Now they only want to give her 3 pain meds... Throughout the whole 24 hours I will be calling her doctor and maybe some higher ups. She is a human for gods sake. What if that was you. Or was your parent. Talked to her tonight And she was sobbing in pain These people just ignore their patients.
