Southern Oregon Rheumatology has absolutly no care for thier patients. I am so baffled at how rude and inconsiderate people in the "care" industry can treat people so badly. I have been a patient there for over 20 years, never in those years have I missed one appointment, they charged me $45 for missing my first appointment. I never recieved a courtesy call, was told by the receptionist that I was a grown adult and a courtesy call was just that, a courtesy. She couldn't have been more rude and unprofessional. I am 64 years old, and do not need to be told that I am a grown adult that needs to keep my appointments. I have been having other health issues and had many appointments around that time. She showed complete disregard and acted pleased with her power.

Dr. Sokalski is always wonderful to see. Having a doctor that cares enough to read your records or even remembers small things when you don’t see them on a normal basis really is a breath of fresh air. I have been seeing him for 3 or 4 years and have been happy with his help and guidance while finding a treatment that works for me.
