I originally had a scheduled appointment on July 25th which then was moved to July 26th with a different provider than I had originally been scheduled to see. I arrived at the office the 30 mins prior to the appointment which they usually request. After check in and having vitals checked I was told the zoom meeting would begin in 5 minutes. After sitting in the exam room waiting for 25 mins, I went to the MA to make him aware that the meeting had not started yet. He told me he would check into it. After about 5 minutes he came back and said there had been problems and will begin shortly. After another 20 mins, still no meeting so made him aware again. Shortly after that another person came in and informed me that the provider that I was supposed to meet with was gone for the day and the appointment would have to be rescheduled. So I sat at the office one and half hours waiting to meet with someone who wasn't even there. This is absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable. I was infuriated. This group obviously has some very severe management and communication problems. My next appointment is now almost a month away from the one I had with the no show provider. Their claims of excellent patient care and concern is clearly just not true, just all talk.

Very thankful for the practice here in Medford. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr.Morrison is the best, he is extremely knowledgeable and explains things so well. It is a comfort having him as my cardiologist.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Huth for the last 3 or so years since my heart surgery. He’s absolutely wonderful. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I do have issues, his nurse, Annette, has been easy to communicate with and works to get to the bottom of my issue. Southern Oregon Cardiology is a great group of physicians.

Dr. Dygert and Dr. Lou saved my life when I suffered a heart attack. Also, Mercy Flights got me to the Hospital fully prepped and so quickly that my heart was not damaged any at all! All of the staff at Southern Oregon Cardiology have been wonderful to me and the extensive follow up appointments are both reassuring and very much appreciated!

Have no answered for you....have the same problem with Dr Morrison's nurse, Jennifer! What a way to run a cardiologist office!!!!??!!
The questions you ask here aren't for these types of questions, they are for questions about the business. For tips about your husband's diet try asking the nursing staff or the cardiologist you worked with for help
Keep trying, they are extremely busy and short staffed due to staff leaving. It sucks but you should eventually get a response
You would go to cardiac institute. Go as if you're going to rogue medical center ( aka hospital). Go to the 2nd cross signal with the stop sign. Look left and you should see the cardiology institute. Turn left there and the parking lot is right there. Hope this helps.
It's a small Cafe that offers coffee, soda, and sandwiches as well as some sweets like cookies and some granola bar type things. The hospital nearby has a full featured cafeteria
Dr. Cook is at providence
No, SoC parking doesn't have an RV parking spot. You can call the hospital (Asante rogue regional medical center) security for help with RV parking
Yes, several of the partners are taking on new patients. Just call and ask for a new patient appointment
