I recently had an appointment with Shelby Ford FNP. I was delighted to meet such a positive and upbeat person. She is a good listener and attentive to my concerns. Penny her MA, was also quite pleasant. It was evident they like their jobs. I would highly recommend Shelby Ford FNP.

Employees are exceptional!!! PROV.- needs to rethink their schedules. Arrived 3:45, closing is 6:45 pm, but they didn't have enough staff to see people who walked in??? Thank God Joy worked me into their schedule and sure enough I had broken a rib and tore out a screw in new shoulder. The staff was amazing!!!! Prov needs to work on staffing! OR tell people you close 3:45pm not 6:45pm. Great employees!!! Thank you to the dedicated people who do the work!

Dr. Serra is a wonderful physician. Very astute, precise and nuance in her assessments and treatments. I’m impressed at the care in this urgent care. Some places have been hit hard by shortages from the pandemic and high patient visits, but i can’t see the impact here. Excellent care from registration to discharge. Thank you!!!!
