Right at Home has been wonderful for my mom. She is able to get out and do things she wouldn't be able to do without her caregivers. She loves them. It makes such a difference knowing she is well cared for since her family all live out of the area. I highly recommend Right at Home.

We were fortunate to get our main caregiver who was quite good. Others came and went with most being okay to poor. Main problem is their horrible accounting. Beware! They will tell you all kinds of stories how they applied your payments and substantial deposit only to have nothing left when you leave. Even after you paid every invoice in full! Duplicate invoices, incorrect statements, and accounting errors are standard for them. You have to do the accounting for them because they will take you to the cleaners if you don't... but you are paying a lot to have to do it even if you can get a good caregiver. Cannot recommend them at all.
