We ordered a 21" toilet and they were accommodating. The guys in service/pickup were great. It was a little confusing when we picked it up. The receptionist didn't seem like she knew what was going on and it took a while to get to the right area. The toilet didn't come with a seat so I'm glad I asked when we loaded it into the car.

the bulk plumbing department. the guys working there are hateful and incredibly rude! the absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with. and I have seen a lot in my day. . the guy at the counter was throwing things. the other guy threw the credit card pin down on the counter. I'm not even kidding I was scared!! I thought the guy might hit me. don't go there unless you want to get treated very very badly!!!
