Came back to Oak Grove Station after work and an all day snowstorm. The lot, which is maintained by an outside contractor, had left a large pile of snow in front/back of my car. Now there were only 4 cars parked here all day and they couldn’t use their small bobcat to pick up the snow piles they left blocking us in? God Bless the 3 MBTA workers who happened to be outside and shoveled me out. Wish I took your pic! Above and beyond service!! The last storm this contractor didn’t plow at all. Storm before that one they did but did a lousy job and after I got out of my car to walk into the station, Surprise! I had to climb through snow because no one cleared a path from the lot to door☹️ Huh? (Why do I walk around this bobcat parked on side of door every day only to have no one use it when the snow has arrived?) Other pkg lots have contractors who are actually helpful and use their bobcat to clear what the plows deposit so folks can get out. MBTA please get another contractor!

Pre-pandemic it was typically full by 6:45AM. I haven't commuted regularly in a while but it seems to only hit 80-90% capacity now (in my experience) so there should be spots during the week.
You either have to pay to park or park on the side streets.
Yes. They are now using an app called PayByPhone to pay for parking as there is no longer an attendant.
No, the MBTA Bus doesn't go to Andover. Take the Haverhill train to Malden Center, since it doesn't stop at Oak Grove. You can exchange to the Orange Line, one stop to Oak Grove.
Some of them doesn't work. You can move to the other machine or ask for help.
