Some of them doesn't work. You can move to the other machine or ask for help.
Some of the MBTA ticket machines may not work. If you would like to reload your card, I suggest you do it on the bus. However, the MBTA it will be all during their Fair boxes so that you cannot pay with cash. Machine is not working, please ask an MBTA employee. If you do not see any MBTA employee, you may call the MBTA and ask for help.
