Been getting our Chinese food here for years. I haven’t had the issues others have mentioned in their reviews, but I can only speak for myself. We usually order the same items: scallion pancakes (best ginger dipping sauce ever), beef lo mein, veg fried rice, and crab Rangoon. Always good and pretty consistent. We pick up our orders, so I can’t speak to issues with delivery and tips.

Ordered General Gau chicken and it was very dry and upon dropping a piece on my plate when we got home, it made an unappealing thud sound. Tasted like it was hanging around for a while. Same this with Beef teriyaki, was dry and again was not fresh. Been there before and it was OK. Spent 50 bucks and was very very disappointed.

Awful customer service, manager/owner is so RUDE! Got a few things and the orange chicken was clearly burned! I called the restaurant to let him know, the sauce was black and the chicken was ridiculously hard and you could smell and taste that it had been burned! Even my dad who eats anything said it was burned and wouldnt eat it after tasting it. I was trying to explain to him and the owner/manager man kept cutting me off telling me "THAT'S NORMAL!" In a loud aggressive tone. Preceded to tell me don't get the Orange chicken next time, I told him I'm not getting anything anymore. He hung up on me. This was actually not the first time he's acted in this manner when something was wrong with the order. I didn't buy anything from here for a few years because of his attitude, so now for SURE, I will not and neither will my family. What a jerk!

After placing a delivery order was before the closing time of the restaurant as indicated by the website, I was called back by the restaurant about whether I was going to tip with credit or cash. If anything this is very professional and as a customer it felt very awkward as a tip should never be assumed. I wanted to tip the driver anyway when they arrived with the food, but another awkward interaction around tipping quickly ensued.
