Food is always hot and delicious. When I ask for a modification to an item they're always happy to help. Food always ready when they say it will be.

I waited in line for over 15 mins and was told over 3 times, that he would be right with me. After waiting over 15 mins, I said, excuse me and asked if my order could be taken. The associate says please give me a few more seconds. I said you said that 15 mins ago. He said I know we're really busy with online, you're going to have to wait anyway so a few more seconds. He never said please, my time is valuable and I work hard for my money, so I expect good customer service, or at least to be properly acknowledged. I understand your busy and things get hectic, however put the online order on hold for 3 minutes, while you to take care of the customer who has come into your establishment. Then you can have me wait extremely long to take care of the orders that came before me. As a business, you're paying an additional fee for the delivery orders, but didn't care to take care of the customer who walked into your establishment.
