Let me start of with the positive. Danielle is amazing. She has wonderful customer service skills, great attention to detail and tentive to her customers. She tried very hard to move my service along the best way she could and I appreciated that after I sat for over a hour. I can't name her counter part because she never introduced her self, and her name tag was covered up the whole time. She never told me nothing about the lenses I choose or about any specials. I can tell she was new and I believe I was really patient considering the circumstances. She had no clue what she needed to get from me to move the process along until Danielle came. Thanks again Danielle for your outstanding customer service.
