Bow Down to A True Mon Ami

Totally frustrated with the help I received here. I felt like they just told me to figure it out myself. Stood on an in store phone in the lobby to try to get my Verizon phone number to work. Repeating my situation over and over again until my eyes bleed to Verizon phone reps all while the store employees gave no care. Like you could you at least give me a better phone number to call so I don’t keep constantly getting the run around. Explaining my situation over and over. My god. Absolutely will go to another store should I need assistance.

Just about every phone now has non removable batteries. If you have insurance through Verizon, you can try to make a claim for your battery. I have personally had mine replaced twice and they came to my home.

You can probably just call in, if you're more comfortable with knowing there's a person there doing it as you talk.
