Everything is true about what they say In this comment section. It's why I went to Precision tune. I have a 2011 Jeep that needed a Camshaft position sensor changed out. Numerous shops wanted hundreds of dollars to change out this little sensor. At 2:00 in the afternoon I called and they gave me an unbelievably low quote. I came into the shop and and the front desk immediately made the effort to fit me in and For $75 my repair was done done in 3 hours. They reset my code and it hasn't gone off yet... it's all fixed ! 2 yr warranty on repairs. So happy with the results thank you Precision tune for making it affordable to repair a car thank you thank you!

Friendly staff, took my VW there for noise near my altenator, the service writer lady informed up front without me needing to ask, how long it would take for my car to be seen. Mechanic found it to be bad barings in both idler pulley and alternator, he also showed me where the belt travels was wobbling bad. Mechanic was very knowledgeable about my car and it's problem to the point and explained how the broken item works. They got back to me quickly to tell me how long the repair process and they did inform me of the price before starting any repair. I trust my vehicles at the So. Blvd. and Albemarle Rd. facility in Charlotte.

Don’t go here!!! Went there for a oil change. The next day I noticed my car was leaking oil. My car is fairly new and I have never had this problem happen. They tell me that my engine was covered in oil and oil and that there was issues with my head gasket and that it was leaking oil and air. They charged me $70 diagnostic fee. Informed me that my car was unsafe to drive. Paid to have my car towed to the dealership and they tell me that the oil was leaking due to the previous mechanic not pushing the dipstick all the way in. Dealership then told me that nothing was wrong with my car besides that and I now have oil not only all over my engine but it is in the bottom of my car. Took it back precision right before it opened after I made an appointment which I had to wait outside at least 45 minutes for the manager to get in because he had to pick up customers and no one had a key to open the building to let us in. I gave them my paperwork and they continue to say it is my head gasket. The manager agreed to clean my engine and “suck out” the remaining oil. I overhear them talking about me while I was waiting and the manager states “I’m just doing this to save face”. After waiting for about 2 hours I was sent on my way. I then took my car to the dealership at another location for another opinion. The dealership kept my car for 5 days for diagnostics where they did not find a leak of any kind. I was charged $160 to clean the oil from my car because they stated that it had not been cleaned and my car was still saturated and oil. After vacuuming out all the oil they kept my car for another 2 days for a drive test to ensure that my car was not leaking any oil. I have not had any more leaking issues. Long story short the manager had never offered me my $70 back for a problem that they caused from a rookie mistake of not pushing the dipstick in. The only way I received my money back for the $70 diagnostic fee was going through their regional manager. This $60 oil changed cause me tow fees, rental car fees, cleaning fees, and time that I did not have. Never did they take any responsibility for what happened or offer compensation for their mistakes.
