For workers working outdoors or in poorly ventilated areas during our Air Quality Alerts, is the company responsible for providing ventilation or gas masks? There are a lot of people in jeopardy in these conditions.

I found out, they must provide masks.
Is there a scenario in which a roofing company’s employees are exempt from the safety requirements for fall arrest and/or fall restraint if the building is three story.
If there is not, you should see what’s going on in our neighborhood.
