Last year we attended all but one of the performances in Jacksonville church location. Such outstanding programs and talent. Always an enjoyable experience leaving us wanting to share with our family and friends. This season opener was a true disappointment. Took two people with us who had never gone before and built up to them what a great experience they were in for. We had also spread the word among co-workers and church friends. But alas, now that the performances are not in the church we were subjected to hearing Jesus and God's name used as cursing and the big bomb F word. Two pre-teen children were there also which saddened me greatly. Looks like some good performances are coming in the future but not sure I want to take a chance on them.

Great theater! Not only do they have a scary house for Halloween but my daughter is taking a stage class here and they are putting on a play tonight. Great little theater that feels homey and comfortable. I'm signing my daughter up for more classes here!

Nightmare X-Treme - The most extreme nightmares anyone can have. The "X" in X-Treme also signifies the number "10". We're celebrating our 10th year this year.

Hi Patricia, Thank you for reaching out! This is Robin Downward, managing artistic director. Yes, the company name has always been the Randall Theatre. It was named after my older brother, Randy. My brother was a magician both literally and figuratively. He could sing and act, he was a filmmaker, and an electronic genius. Randy loved the art and illusion of magic, was an incredible artist and had an engineers tinkering mind. Most importantly, he had a gentle spirit. I'm sure that had he lived on, he would have been either a Hollywood director or be good friends with Bill Gates and/or Steve Jobs helping them make computers. I was eight when he passed away – he was only 18. I don't remember long, intellectual talks with him. I do remember how talented yet humble he was. The Randall is based on what I remember of him – humility in your talents and action speaking louder than words.
