I was so impressed with my first appointment at Valley Immediate Care in South Medford yesterday. The entire staff was kind and thoughtful. I’m especially thankful for the attention I received from Laurel who went out of her way to provide excellent advice about my condition. It’s rare to find a medical professional as attentive as she. Thank you Laurel!

I appreciate the ease of on-line registration and the friendly professional care I received at Valley immediate care recently. Miguel Barker, Ruben, and Rose took very good care of me. I appreciate their concern for my well-being and the recovery plan that best suited my needs. Thank you to all health care workers!

Would be 5 stars but the wait was very long. I had a 10:20 apt and didn't get in till 12. Having said that, It is an urgent care facility so some people get put in front of you because they have more "urgent " problems. So I understand. The treatment and staff were all great once I was seen. Friendly, efficient and thorough.

I have always received great care from VIC. Wait times are a little long occasionally due to covid, but it's to be expected. Nothing outrageous. I have visited numerous times and all providers have been very understanding, and definitely want to get to the bottom of your issue. This last time I went I was treated by a very kind P.A. who really took his time and did a very through overview, ran proper tests and sent me home with peace of mind. The tech who drew my blood was quick, easy to talk to and also kind. All around my last visit was great and would recommend anyone needing urgent care, to visit Valley immediate care. Thank you for the wonderful service as always.

I would call them first before bringing him into the clinic. If he's that sick, for his sake, please take him to RRMC instead. If you have an oxymeter, check his oxygen saturation; if it's under 80%, call your doctor or the hospital. I am not a nurse or doctor, but I've had COVID and I lost someone I loved very much. This is nothing to screw around with, especially with the new variants. I sincerely hope he recovers quickly.
Yes, unfortunately testing isn't available as we would like. We are working around the clock to increase capacity and hope to have 4 additional testing centers online in the next 10 days
As an Urgent Care Center, we are unable to make scheduled appointments by time. However, we do have an online check-in system that allows you to check in remotely and be notified when it is time for you to present to clinic. This allows you to spend your time waiting on your terms, bypassing our waiting room!
Yes, we offer onsite Xray at all of our urgent care facilities!
