does the clinic close for lunch

Hi Rebecca, Generally, we are not. Certain departments close for lunch, but others stagger their lunches. We are currently hiring a 3rd phone operator. Until we have that position filled and trained, it is difficult to get all of the calls answered while they are staggering their lunches. Thank you for your question, Chico Eye Center
